機種名、iOSのバージョン、アプリのバージョン、問題が起きたときの操作を添えてご連絡ください。パスワードや決済情報は不要です。

2. 進行が保存されない・消えた

進行は端末の中だけに保存しています。アプリを削除すると失われることがあり、運営者は復元できません。不具合の対処としてアプリを削除する前に、まずご連絡ください。

3. 謎が解けない

各謎には段階的なヒントがあります。最初の1つは無料で読めます。続きは動画広告を最後まで視聴するか、アプリ内課金を購入すると読めます。広告を途中で閉じた場合や、広告の読み込みに失敗した場合は開放されません。

4. 広告について

広告が表示されるのは、ヒントの続きを読むときに視聴する動画広告（リワード広告）だけです。視聴は任意で、本編の進行に広告の視聴は必要ありません。バナー広告はありません。区切りで自動的に表示される広告（インタースティシャル広告）は、現在の本番構成では使用していません。

通信の状況によっては広告を読み込めないことがあります。その場合でも本編のプレイは続けられます。時間をおいてからお試しください。

広告のプライバシー設定は、ゲーム内の「調査サポート」画面にある「広告のプライバシー設定」から変更できます。この項目は、設定の変更が必要な地域でのみ表示されます（対象外の地域ではボタンが出ません）。

5. アプリ内課金について

買い切り（非消耗型）です。購入すると広告が表示されなくなり、すべてのヒントを動画広告なしで確認できます。端末を変えた場合や再インストールした場合は、App Store の購入の復元をお使いください。決済は Apple が処理します。返金の申請は Apple の窓口で受け付けています。

Progress is stored on your device only. Deleting the app may erase it and we cannot restore it, so please contact us before uninstalling to fix a problem.

Hints and ads

Each puzzle offers staged hints. The first one is free; the rest open after a completed rewarded video or with the in app purchase. Closing the video early, or failing to load it, does not open them. You can keep playing the story when ads cannot be loaded.

Rewarded videos for hints are the only ads shown. There are no banner ads, and the current production build does not use interstitial ads. Where it applies, Ad privacy settings can be changed from the in game Support screen; the option is not shown in regions where it does not apply.

In app purchase

The purchase is one time and non consumable. It removes ads and opens every hint without watching a video. Use Restore Purchases on a new device or after reinstalling. Apple processes payments and handles refund requests.
